London’s underground scene has a new disruptor. DJ, producer, and Sakti Records founder Farzala is pushing boundaries and reshaping the sound of raw, hypnotic house. Her DJ sets carry the same energy as her productions—gritty, immersive, and built to lock dancefloors into a trance.

 

This past February, she dropped ‘Twisted’—a heady, high-impact single that marked both her return to the label and a bold reawakening for Sakti Records. It was only the second official release on the imprint following its 2024 debut, and it signaled the start of a new wave of forward-thinking club tools set to roll out across the year.

 

Farzala’s been building serious momentum. Her recent cut, ‘Smack’, released via James Dexter’s acclaimed Inermu label, followed her breakout ‘No Sleep’ EP and a standout collab with Dexter himself, ‘People’, which landed as part of Inermu’s milestone 50th release.

 

With support from renowned DJs and producers like East End Dubs, Terry Francis, Toman, Mahony, and Santé, Farzala’s productions are quickly becoming must-haves in the record bags of the scene’s elite.
